Isaiah 8

immanuel you claim: God is

with us we are strong

we will not be defeated

listen: immanuel indeed

he is among you

but he moves dangerously

immanuel like a river God will

overflow your banks flood

your life until his wingspan

drowns you in glory.

immanuel God is with you

be washed clean or washed away
